AI is the largest answer to that question we have seen. It is fast at fetching, sorting and drafting. It is not accountable for a decision, and it never will be. The judgement stays with the person who knows the job.
AI will not replace people. People who know how to work with AI will replace people who do not.
How we work
Proof before promise. That is the engineering standard.
In engineering you test before you commit, because the cost of being wrong is real and it lands on someone. Most AI is sold the other way round: the promise arrives first and the proof never does.
We hold to it. Tested in your own systems before anything is promised. Measured against what we agreed, not against what sounded good in the room.

Assessment. We go through your systems and workflows to find where the hours are actually going, and which of that work is worth automating.
Build. We build the systems that do it, inside your own environment, and we measure what they return.
We are not a software vendor passing through. Our measure is what your people can do after we leave.
How this started
In 2011, the movie Limitless posed a question worth taking seriously: what could a person do with full access to their own abilities. Kareem Mostafa went looking for the answer.
He found it in learning, and then in teaching. The first course failed. The second earned its first income in October 2015. Eleven years on, twenty nine courses have taught more than 360,000 students across Udemy, Entrepreneur and AppSumo. He has built digital marketing for Australian businesses, not for profit organisations and international companies including CJ Dropshipping and InVideo, and worked as a digital marketing specialist for Founder Institute Adelaide.
Behind all of it sit twenty two years in engineering and infrastructure, across water, civil, mining and utilities, delivering EPC projects and managing subcontractor packages. He has read the tender documents and chased the deviations. He knows which hours are being wasted because they were his.
Schollege was founded in 2019 to answer the same question at scale. We train and qualify your teams, we find the work that is worth automating, and we build the systems that do it inside your own environment. When we finish, the systems run and your people run them.
